Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for Ready-Made journals only.  Please contact the seller at purewordcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase if you would like to return or exchange your order.  You must have a store account to make returns.  After 30 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

A return shipping label will be created for the customer to print.  Please make sure to seal and ship the package comparable to how you received it.  Refunds will be issued once the return has been safely delivered.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Custom journals at any time since the journal was specifically created with your specifications.  If there are structural issues with the journal, please contact the seller at purewordcreations@gmail.com

Cancellations are not accepted at this time.  Please contact the seller at purewordcreations@gmail.com if you have any issues besides shipping delays with your order.
