Thank you so much for shopping with Pureword Creations!

SHIPPING

Pureword Creations is currently only shipping to the Continental U.S.  We aim to expand our shipping area to include International orders at a later date.  So, be on the lookout for updates.

All orders are processed (not shipped) within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Standard and Priority shipping occurs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  

A flat rate of $10 is offered for Continental U.S. orders on order of $10 or more.  Shipping overages will be refunded if the overage is more than $1.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Please be patient if there are delays due to postal service issues that are out of my control.  Tracking will be made available for your convenience.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Returns and exchanges are accepted for Ready-Made journals only.  Please contact purewordcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase if you would like to return or exchange your order.  You must have a store account to make returns.  After 30 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

A return shipping label will be created for the customer to print.  Please make sure to seal and ship the package comparable to how you received it.  Refunds will be issued once the return has been safely delivered.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Custom journals at any time since the journal was specifically created with your specifications.  If there are structural issues with the journal, please contact purewordcreations@gmail.com.

Cancellations are not accepted at this time.  Please contact purewordcreations@gmail.com if you have any issues besides shipping delays with your order.
